How do I find locations?

You Don't
. Once you get past all the hype, the key to this business — much like other industries — is location location location! And the idea that anybody could place a machine in any location and make money is absolutely false.

First Avenue researches specific markets for locations, analyzes them for profitability and, if the location meets our predetermined criteria, we secure them with long-term agreements.

Are the machines difficult to operate?

No. We provide full training in the operation and maintenance of our state-of-the-art machines, as well as a troubleshooting vendor's guide for any day-to-day deficiencies.

Do I need a truck?

In most cases, the products will fit in the trunk or rear seat of your vehicle. Though as our marketplace has grown, our clients have grown as well! Looking forward, there is some benefit to considering a minivan or truck as you grow.

How long before I start making money?

Cash flow begins immediately after your equipment is installed and stocked with products.

What happens if my machine breaks down?

The training you receive enables you to handle most technical difficulties that may occur from time to time. For major service, First Avenue has a full service and parts department. Our technicians are here to help you.

What products do I carry, and where do I buy them?

The First Avenue program provides each operator with a comprehensive list of wholesalers and product suggestions. We have no restrictions and do not benefit from promoting any one brand or distributor.

Do the machines come with a warranty?

All new vendors come with full factory warranties provided upon installation.

Are there any tax advantages?

The vending business is considered home-based and therefore benefits from all relevant tax deductions.

How often must I service my machine?

It all depends on the volume of products that pass through the machine. In normal circumstances, you'll need to restock your machine at least twice a week.

How do I get started?

It's as simple as following these steps! The timeline can vary from three weeks to three months. Our current contracts under management range from investments of $10,000 to $320,000 in locations with 100 employees to 7,000 employees.
